Are you a motivated Structural Engineer looking for your next challenge?

Blueprint Recruitment are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a reputable Engineering consultancy on a permanent basis in either Reading or London!

This is a hybrid position that will see the successful candidate working on variety of exciting Commercial, Residential and Healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Successfully coordinate teams and projects

· Act as the point of contact for clients

· Analyse Structural components

· Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction

· Contribute to the development of more junior staff members

· Attend project and client meetings

Key Requirements:

· 6 years’ experience working as a Structural Engineer

· Prior buildings experience, including larger scale Reinforced Concrete across Commercial and Residential projects

· Ability to coordinate teams and projects

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Previous leadership experience

· Able to make decisions and act on your own initiative
