New Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Civil Engineer to join a reputable Construction Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

Our client is offering the successful Civil Engineer the flexibility to attend either the Lincoln or Peterborough offices on a hybrid basis to work on Highways and Drainage projects.

As the selected candidate, you will be a key member of the team, sharing expertise and ensuring the delivery of outputs meet client’s briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the Civil Engineering design and provide supervision

· Mentor and support more junior Engineers

· Review Highways and Drainage related designs

· Produce As-built records of Highways and Drainages assets

·  Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services

· Liaisie with head office designers

· Meeting time-frame and quality targets

· Solving Highways and Drainage issues

key Requirements

· Proven experience working as a Civil Engineer

· A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant subject

· Ideally a chartered Engineering status or working towards

· Cut and fill experience

· Ability to prepare drainage strategies and flood risk assessments

· Experience in liaising with local authorities and other stakeholders

· A proactive, structured and analytical approach to work

· Strong understanding of CDM Regulations
