Here at Blueprint recruitment, we have a brilliant opportunity for a Civil Design Engineer to join a leading Construction Engineering Company, on a permanent basis. This position offers the successful candidate the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, providing a mix of remote and office working from Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Civil Engineering design and provide supervision
• Review temporary Works Highways and Drainage related designs
• Produce As-built records of Highways and Drainages assets
• Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services
• Ensuring Health & Safety within the ASC organisation
• Solving Highways and Drainage issues
• Reviewing construction Products and Materials for Highways and Drainages
• Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Civil Design Engineer
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant subject
• Ideally a chartered Engineering status or working towards 
• Competent in Highway design
• Experienced in foul and surface water drainage design
• Able to prepare drainage strategies and flood risk assessments
• Experience in liaising with local authorities and other stakeholders to obtain necessary technical approvals
• Proficiency using computer design software packages including MicroDrainage and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations
