Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with motivated Senior Civil Site Managers to join a reputable water and sewage treatment company on a long-term contract basis in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a variety of exciting Water and Heavy Civils projects, all currently based at Avonmouth WTW.

Our client:

You will be joining a leading water company that specialises in a variety of services. These include water supply, sustainability, and sewage treatment. Due to their increasing workload, they are searching for a seasoned Senior Civil Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all works are undertaken with consideration of the needs of the clients and travelling public
• Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team as appropriate
• Maintain and promote cost conscious management by using resources efficiently
• Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed, and updated
• Prepare, review and brief method statements and risk assessments and ensure they are updated

Key requirements:

• Recognised Site Management qualifications
• Strong Civils background
• Experience in the Water industry and working on water treatment projects
• IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate
• CSCS Site Manager (Minimum requirement)
• First Aid at work
