Calling all Electrical Associates!  

Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Electrical Associate to join an independent Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent basis in London.

If selected, you will be responsible for overseeing Electrical Engineering projects, whilst ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs and solutions across a variety of projects.

Our client provides Engineering, Transport Planning, Management and MEP services across the following markets, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare and Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage Electrical Engineering projects from conception through completion

· Review design documents, calculations, and specifications

· Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

· Maintain and develop positive client relationships

· Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships

· Implement quality assurance measures to mitigate risks

· Participate in client meetings and presentations

· Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and regulations

Key Requirements:

· A degree in Engineering

· Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering

· Demonstratable leadership and team management skills

· Proven experience leading and managing Electrical Engineering projects from conception to completion

· Strong proficiency in electrical design software and calculation tools

· Detail-oriented mindset

· In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
