Senior Structural Engineer required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a reputable Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, attending the Leytonstone office 3 days per week to work on new build and refurbishment projects.  

Our client is looking for a Structural Engineer to play a crucial role in the design and analysis of various structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Successfully coordinate teams and projects

· Act as the point of contact for clients

· Analysing Structural components

· Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction

· Contribute to the development of more junior staff members

· Attending project and client meetings

Key Requirements:

· 8 years’ experience working as a Structural Engineer

· Ability to coordinate teams and projects

· A chartered Engineer status or working towards

· Ability to be client facing

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Previously led the Structural Engineering delivery of projects

· Ability to prepare bids and proposals

· Able to make decisions and act on your own initiative
