Calling all Electrical Site Supervisors!

Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Electrical Site Supervisors who are interested in joining a specialist Water contractor on a contract basis. This position is outside IR35, and requires the selected candidate to operate over a variety of sites, supervising various AMP7 and AMP8 Water Treatment projects. The ideal candidate will possess SSSTS and will have an electrical qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities on site, including, scheduling and quality control
• Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to assess progress, quality and adherence to project schedules
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other Stakeholders
• Participate in project and client meetings

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience working in a Supervisory role
• Previous experience working on Water Treatment projects
• Appreciation of CDM regulations
• An CSCS or ECS card
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
• An SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
• Proven track record of successfully managing Construction projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Good understanding of construction safety practices and regulations
