New Site Manager Opportunity!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Utilities Contractor on a permanent staff basis.

The selected candidate will be based on either the Essex, Peterborough or Colchester sites to work on a range of Water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage, supervise and mentor the site team as appropriate

· Maintain and promote cost conscious management through efficient use of all resources

· Ensure scheme programmes and prepared, reviewed and updated

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

· Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared

Key Requirements:

· A degree in Engineering

· SMSTS Qualification is preferred

· First aid at work

· Previous experience in the Water and Wastewater Treatment industry

· Strong communication skills
