Blueprint Recruitment are working alongside a leading water company, who are on the lookout for a talented Streetworks Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis in London. As the selected candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational compliance, maintaining safety standards, and supporting technical excellence within the business.

Our client is a leading provider of water infrastructure services, specialising in delivering innovative solutions across the water, wastewater, and energy sectors. They work closely with major utility companies, offering expertise in design, construction, maintenance, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure operational compliance, reporting findings in approved formats.
• Support safety and quality assurance processes, including accident and incident investigations.
• Provide technical advice, training updates, and coaching to enhance team knowledge and standards.
• Assist in resolving complex technical problems and assess new products, equipment, and techniques.
• Maintain technical standards, industry competence, and personal authorisations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field auditor, ideally with relevant accreditation.
• Strong understanding of SLG and auditing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to support training development and maintain consistent operational standards.
