Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to join one of our leading clients. In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as schools, automotive, defence (R&D Technology), commercial, new build, and residential. No specific industry experience is required. The position offers a hybrid working environment, with offices located in Oxfordshire.

Our client is a top multidisciplinary consultancy known for providing innovative, sustainable solutions across a broad range of sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Engineer looking to expand their experience by working on varied and interesting projects in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and create solutions for building and infrastructure projects.

-Work with teams to ensure designs meet client needs and follow safety rules and regulations.

-Inspect sites to ensure projects follow the design and safety guidelines.

-Help with project management, including working with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

-Prepare calculation packages for Building Control submission.

-Deliver work on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:

-A degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.

-Previous experience as a Structural Engineer, with design and site work experience.

-Strong knowledge of structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

-Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

-Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
