Blueprint Recruitment is working with an independent Engineering Consultancy, who are looking for a Structural Engineer to join them on a permanent staff basis.

Attending the Stoke-On-Trent office on a hybrid basis, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in the design and analysis of Education, Commercial and Hospital schemes.   

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and specify all aspects of Structural works

· Managing the Structural team

· Producing design deliverables, including, drawings, specifications, reports and site surveys

· Attend and participate in project and team meetings

· Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities

Key Requirements:

· Prior experience working on Hospital, Education, Industrial and Residential projects

· Extensive experience using all material and frame types

· A degree in Engineering

· Ability to lead and manage a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Sound buildings experience

- Prior experience working as a structural Engineer

· A chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartership
