Blueprint Recruitment has an excellent new opportunity for a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join a well-known, Data-Analytics and Services Consultancy, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis, attending the London office 3 days a week to work on Residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects concurrently to completion, within budget and to programme
• Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities
• Develop conceptual solutions to problems through to detailed design
• Use technical skills and knowledge on a wide range of building structures and apply them to various circumstances
• Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures
• Act as the first point of contact for Clients, Contractors and the Design Team
• Represent the client on site visits and at design team meetings

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Engineer status or working towards
• Experience working on drainage projects
• A degree in Structural Engineering or a relevant field
• Able to develop scopes of work and delivery programmes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of current design standards and working practices
• The ability to make decisions and act on your own initiative
