Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with motivated Telecoms Engineers to join a dynamic design consultancy on a contract basis. Based in South Acton, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting rail projects. Our client is looking for someone who can operate on a hybrid basis, attending the site 3 times per week, with the possibility of remote working as well.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement telecommunications networks
• Ensure optimal network configuration and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on telecommunications systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Lead and manage telecommunications projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks.
• Experience working on Rail projects.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
