The successful candidate will work in a fully remote role, and will be required to attend the Plymouth site every 6-8 weeks. Our client is a leading engineering company, that specialises in global defence, security, and aerospace sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring safety and technical compliance. -Work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones on time and within budget. -Develop and maintain engineering specifications and documentation. -Conduct engineering analysis and testing to validate designs and performance. -Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical support. -Support the lifecycle management of engineering systems, from conception through to decommissioning. They’re seeking an experienced professional to join their team, working on-site with a repeating schedule of two weeks of day shifts and one week of night shifts. Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in sectors such as data centres, retail, sport and leisure, defence, healthcare, infrastructure, and education. Key Responsibilities: -Conducting building surveys, including condition reports, dilapidation assessments, and building defects analysis. -Preparing and delivering detailed reports and recommendations to clients. -Managing and advising clients on compliance with building regulations and other legislative requirements. -Undertake project management duties. -Engaging with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.
