BIM COORDINATOR

Our client is an industry leader, specialising on a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and more. Key Responsibilities: -Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards. -Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards. -Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy. Key Requirements: -Degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as Building Services, Architecture, or Engineering -Prior experience in a BIM coordination role within the built environment. -Strong ability in using Revit. -Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650. -Familiarity with Common Data Environments (e.g. BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar). -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines. The role on offer is a contract position, working full time in our clients office in Manchester. Our client is a leading environmental and engineering consultancy, focusing on the energy, development, infrastructure, and water sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Plan and oversee ground investigations and site assessments. -Analyse geotechnical data and produce clear, accurate reports. -Provide input into foundation, earthworks, slope stability, and retaining wall designs. -Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to inform project development. -Ensure designs meet relevant technical, safety, and environmental standards. -Support the preparation of geotechnical risk assessments and technical submissions. -Contribute to project planning and delivery across various sectors. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

We are seeking someone with extensive experience and knowledge, to work in a contract position. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with three days a week in our clients office in Stratford. Our client specialises in the commercial, industrial, rail, and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Design electrical systems and layouts using CAD. -Produce drawings, specifications, and reports. -Work closely with engineers and project teams. -Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors. -Conduct site surveys and prepare documentation. -Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations. -Support installation and commissioning stages.
