Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline, with a Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status. -Profound experience as a Principal Civil Engineer, or a related position, with a portfolio of previous works showcasing experience with Drainage and Highway projects. -Proficiency in SuDS, flood risk, surface water drainage system designs, earthworks, and section agreements (S278 and S38). -Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of resourcing, project financials, and client management strategies. -Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with strong report-writing and technical presentation skills.
