Attention all Mechanical Site Supervisors! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading engineering company, specialising in the water sector, in a permanent position. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting water and wastewater projects with an experienced and motivated team. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise mechanical installation and testing on site. -Ensure all mechanical safety rules are followed, and that all supporting documentation is produced in line with CMDP safety rules. -Make sure construction and safety documents are up-to-date and properly recorded. -Attend site inductions and safety briefings and perform regular safety checks on equipment. -Track and report work progress. What we’re looking for: -HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent apprenticeship with relevant experience. -Extensive experience in the Water/Wastewater industry. -Skilled in mechanical and pipework fabrication, installation, and testing (including pressure and hydrostatic testing). -Proficient in reading and working with Isometric, GA, and P&ID drawings. -SSSTS and CSCS certified. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting water and waste-water projects across a variety of sectors. Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with skilled Senior Planners who are interested in joining a leading water company in the South. As a Senior Planner, you will manage the planning and scheduling of key infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with external contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to oversee project phases and maintain progress transparency for both internal and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning software. -Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the client team to organise construction phases. -Prepare and present progress updates and tender plans for both internal and external stakeholders. -Identify critical path activities, providing insights into project performance and efficiency opportunities. -Produce cost and scheduling data, variance reports, and baseline information for performance management. -Work with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to assess and manage impacts of design changes or schedule adjustments. -Monitor resource needs for current and future workloads, producing visual data such as graphs and diagrams to illustrate status and requirements. -Ensure all changes are captured through change control processes and maintain data integrity on P6.
