Our client is looking to bring on a seasoned Risk Manager, on a permanent basis, to operate within their engineering organisation. This role will consist of an on-site working arrangement, where in which the chosen professional will work from one of our client’s offices in Derby or Enfield. Requirements: -Profound experience as a Risk Manager, or a relevant position, delivering efficient risk management solutions for a range of complex projects and systems. -Strong leadership skills, with the ability to host productive risk analysis workshops, allowing for informed decisions to be established by stakeholders. -Significant abilities within mitigation strategy production and a great understanding of risk assessment practices, both quantitative and qualitative. -Profound proficiency within relevant software tools, centred around risk management and data visualisation. -Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement and management skills, with a drive for ongoing development and business progression. A permanent position is on offer, for one individual to operate on a hybrid basis from their main office in Bristol, with a requirement to travel to their sites across South Wales and the Southwest, and a monthly presence at their Birmingham head office.
