SITE SUPERVISOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading water contractor in a contract position, inside IR35. You will be required to attend site 5 days a week in London. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting water and waste wate treatment projects. -Competitive day rate ranging from £350-£450 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Assist the Site Manager in ensuring a safe environment for employees, supply chain partners, and visitors. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date HS&E documentation, ensuring all versions are current and properly reviewed. -Verify that all documents clearly define the scope and method of the work to be completed. -Review and provide feedback on Method Statements and Work Instructions in line with the Project Execution Plan. -Oversee work execution to ensure compliance with approved Method Statements and Work Instructions; document progress and non-conformances as required. We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Modeller to join an international multidisciplinary consultancy, in a long-term contract role. As the successful candidate you will be required to work from our client’s office in Bristol or Cardiff, or the option to work remotely is available. We’re seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead multiple, technically complex water treatment projects on a permanent staff, hybrid-working basis (2–3 days/week in the Thames region). You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of multi-project programmes - including planning, delivery, stakeholder management, risk control, and commercial governance - while guiding delivery teams and strengthening client relationships to ensure exceptional standards, safety and environmental compliance throughout. -Competitive salary ranging from £90,000-£95,000 (depending on experience). -Flexible working arrangements.
