The ideal candidate will have concept to completion project delivery skills, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence. This is a permanent role on a hybrid basis based in Falmer. Key Responsibilities Oversee technical delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion. Lead and develop engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes. Provide expertise on process design, technology selection, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and project objectives. Review and approve key technical documentation. Key Requirements Degree in a related field. Strong experience in water/wastewater treatment, particularly design and delivery. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects. Solid knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) preferred. The successful candidate must be able to commute into Kent, as this position requires office presence on a hybrid basis to work on Water/Water Treatment projects. If selected, you will be responsible for providing expertise whilst ensuring the successful delivery of projects to agreed budget and quality requirements. Our client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled process operator to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work full time on site in Oswestry, on a water treatment plant. Our client is a leading provider of advanced water treatment solutions, specialising in wastewater and water treatment processes. Key Responsibilities: -You will be responsible for process monitoring on the water treatment plant. -Responsible for daily monitoring of the process operating parameters (MLSS, SSVI, final effluent analyses, sludge thickener performance, sludge, chemicals). -Daily monitoring of equipment (oxidation ditch, inducers, blowers, instruments, ferric, caustic, sludge thickeners, etc). -Monitoring of analysers, recalibration of instruments, ordering of reagents. -Assist in shutdowns, access, etc with Advance Plus team. -Attend regular meetings with other members on site to ensure project is running efficiently. -Responsible for ordering and receiving chemicals needed. -Liaise with client, suppliers, and advance plus process team. -Ensure adjustment of process parameters to maintain performance.
