Attention all SHEQ Advisors! We are looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join a leading tier 1 contractor, in an initial 4-month contract. You will be required to work on site 5 days a week in Warwickshire, working on a major infrastructure project, with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive day rate of £350/CIS. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and support SHEQ activities across infrastructure projects. -Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. -Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and company standards. -Promote a positive SHEQ culture through training, toolbox talks, and engagement. -Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a Supervisor to join a leading waste management company, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be working on site, with alternating shift patterns (with alternate weekend shifts as well). This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience with all aspects of site operations. -Salary ranging from £32,000-£34,000 + overtime (depending on experience). -Generous annual leave, company pension scheme, and on-going training and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: -Deliver appropriate training to ensure site operations are fully resourced and competent. -Oversee daily site activities in compliance with legal and organizational standards, assigning tasks based on site priorities. -Actively contribute to EMS and QHS meetings, promoting environmental responsibility and health & safety standards. -Identify and report deviations from operating criteria, ensuring timely corrective actions are documented and implemented. -Maintain robust safety protocols including Safe Systems of Work, Permit to Work, contractor oversight, inductions, and risk assessments. The successful candidate will work five days a week in the client’s office in Manchester, dropping to a hybrid arrangement, with 2-3 days in the office after 2 months. Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction contractor with expertise across the rail industry. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and deliver mechanical designs and detailed engineering documentation in line with project requirements. -Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports. -Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and surveys to assess existing systems and support design validation. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and health and safety regulations. -Provide technical input during project planning, risk assessments, and design reviews. As part of their continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month+ contract to oversee key project delivery for sites between Bolton, Preston & Blackpool. You will be working on a range of projects from EV charging networks to large-scale solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS), supporting the transition to a cleaner, greener energy future. -6-Month Contract (Preston). -Day Rate: £380–£410 (DOE) | Start: Immediate | Full-Time, On-Site. This role offers the opportunity to lead on the ground, ensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: -Lead site operations, managing teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to spec. -Coordinate site logistics, materials, tools, and plant to align with project schedules. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. -Prepare and manage documentation, including RAMS, permits, ITPs, and handover records. -Review and validate technical documents and subcontractor submissions. -Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement on site. -Act as a key liaison between the site, internal teams, and the client.
