PROJECT DIRECTOR

Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with an experienced Senior PM / Project Director to join a well-established client. The successful candidate will join our client in a permanent position, working on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week working from the clients London office. Our client is a leading contractor specialising in water, wastewater, and industrial water construction projects, focusing on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that are sustainable. Key Responsibilities: -Plan, review, and monitor project execution, including approval of construction plans. -Promote safety, quality standards, and BMS implementation throughout the project. -Ensure sufficient trained personnel and clear roles for the project team. -Manage commercial aspects, providing forecasts and ensuring PEP records are complete. -Report non-conformities, estimate costs, and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies. -Apply project management practices from start to completion and stay updated through professional development. -Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Key Requirements: -Chartered status. -Project Management experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water industry . -Degree or equivalent in construction, commercial, or engineering discipline. -Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent. -Excellent communication and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and end users. -Delivery-focused, with the ability to set targets and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to meet time, cost, and quality goals. -Extensive experience in project delivery. -Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety. -Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants, is desirable! The successful candidate will work in a contract role on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in either of the following clients offices: Epsom, London, Peterborough, Bristol, Birmingham, Derby. Our client is a global leading multidisciplinary design and build consultancy, focusing on a wide range of sectors, especially utilities. Key Responsibilities: -Lead a team in executing technical design tasks in accordance with applicable design standards, codes, and high-quality benchmarks. -Developed briefs, defined scopes of work, and contributed to bid proposals. -Effectively managed time and budgets to meet key project milestones and schedules. -Collaborated with teams in both the UK and internationally to deliver integrated design solutions. -Ensured compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the design process. Are you a Building Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Blueprint Recruitment have a great contract role with one of our leading clients. They’re seeking an experienced professional to join their team, working on-site with a repeating schedule of two weeks of day shifts and one week of night shifts. Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in sectors such as data centres, retail, sport and leisure, defence, healthcare, infrastructure, and education. Key Responsibilities: -Conducting building surveys, including condition reports, dilapidation assessments, and building defects analysis. -Preparing and delivering detailed reports and recommendations to clients. -Managing and advising clients on compliance with building regulations and other legislative requirements. -Undertake project management duties. -Engaging with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Blueprint Recruitment would like to speak with you regarding an exciting new role with one of our leading clients who operate as a specialist within the digital construction industry. They are looking to hire an individual who shares their passion for BIM and MEP Coordination and can offer this role on either a permanent or contract basis. The successful candidate would be required to attend the company HQ in Essex every week, with the option for hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: -Integrate MEP services into the BIM model, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Work with engineers and architects to align designs and resolve any conflicts. -Regularly running clash detection reports. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports.
