Key Responsibilities: -Manage daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow. -Lead and motivate the team, including site workers and subcontractors. -Ensure all work meets project specs, safety standards, and regulations. -Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and quality. -Manage resources such as materials, tools, and equipment. -Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely deliveries. -Report site progress, delays, and issues to senior management. - Keep accurate records of site activities, including logs and work completed. Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with an experienced Senior PM / Project Director to join a well-established client. The successful candidate will join our client in a permanent position, working on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week working from the clients London office. Our client is a leading contractor specialising in water, wastewater, and industrial water construction projects, focusing on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that are sustainable. Key Responsibilities: -Plan, review, and monitor project execution, including approval of construction plans. -Promote safety, quality standards, and BMS implementation throughout the project. -Ensure sufficient trained personnel and clear roles for the project team. -Manage commercial aspects, providing forecasts and ensuring PEP records are complete. -Report non-conformities, estimate costs, and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies. -Apply project management practices from start to completion and stay updated through professional development. -Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Key Requirements: -Chartered status. -Project Management experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water industry . -Degree or equivalent in construction, commercial, or engineering discipline. -Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent. -Excellent communication and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and end users. -Delivery-focused, with the ability to set targets and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to meet time, cost, and quality goals. -Extensive experience in project delivery. -Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety. -Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants, is desirable! Key Responsibilities: -Create, update, and maintain electronic and physical document repositories for engineering documents on each project. -Assign document IDs and assist with version control. -Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company/client standards before release. -Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant parties. -Conduct regular document audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. -Organise and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. -Assist with document preparation and formatting as needed.
