Attention all Revit Technicians! We are searching for an experienced, permanent Revit Technician to join a leading Built Environment Consultancy, on a hybrid basis in Leeds to work on a variety of exciting education, commercial, residential and healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities: -Produce detailed Revit models and drawings. -Work alongside Engineers and designers to ensure the accuracy and quality of drawings, and whether they meet project standards, regulations, and client requirements. -Participate in clash detection and coordination using tools like Navisworks. -Collaborate with Architects, Civil Engineers, and other disciplines. Our client offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 3 days a week in either their London or Leeds office. This position will give you the opportunity to work on exciting Water projects, working with an experienced and motivating team. ARCHITECT

We are on the search for 3 Architects of varying levels, to join a leading international architectural firm on a 6-month contract basis. Our client offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days a week in their London office, and 3 days a week working from home. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and large-scale Aviation projects, with a motivating and experienced team. Key Responsibilities: -Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages, and ensure the designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards. -Prepare and manage drawings, specifications, and related documents. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members. -Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings. -Attend meetings and site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve issues. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile Civil & Structural projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, industrial, retail, residential, and infrastructure. Responsibilities: -Lead structural engineering projects of varying sizes. -Collaborate with and guide the design team to deliver coordinated solutions that meet client goals. -Assess and inspect structures in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. -Design using software like Tekla Structural Designer. -Ensure quality and consistency in drawings and reports and produce technical reports and structural surveys.
