CAD TECHNICIAN

London | Hybrid | Contract

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled CAD Technician to join a well-established engineering company, in a contract position. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in London and 2 days at home, with the potential to go fully remote with trust built. -Hourly rate ranging from £30-£33 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Modify and revise existing drawings in line with project changes or customer feedback. -Working on a major LU project -Responsible for producing high standard engineering drawings of existing rooms and services from site survey information. These drawings are ‘feasibility designs’ which will also detail new installation, and modification works within these existing locations. -Will be working in AutoCAD 2D, proficiency with this software essential. -Drawings produced will be plans and elevations of rooms with a strong level of accuracy and detail. -Contribute to design process improvements and standardisation. -Assist in the preparation of manufacturing documentation and bills of materials. What are we looking for: -MEP or Electrical experience required. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading, specialist M&E contractor, in a contract position. You will be required to attend their London site full time. This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious project with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £33-£35 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software. -Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs. -Support project delivery from early design through to construction. -Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues. -Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control. Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Design Engineer, in a 6-month contract position, Outside IR35, to be an active part of a specialist multi-disciplinary design consultancy, based in Wokingham, in which you will join a motivating team to work on a variety of international Data Centre projects. The successful candidate will work on a fully remote basis. -Competitive hourly rate of £44-£50 (depending on experience). -Fully remote working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: -Create electrical design drawings and specs for International Data Centre Projects. -Work closely with colleagues, clients, architects, and contractors. -Ensure designs meet all codes, standards, and regulations. -Support sustainable design and use of innovative tech. -Manage project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
