Are you an Associate Fire Engineer and ready for the next step in your career?
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a driven and experienced Associate Fire Engineer, in a permanent role, for a leading, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. The successful candidate will work from our client’s London office, 2-3 times a week, on a Hybrid working basis. You will be managing a variety of fire safety strategy projects from start to finish and guiding and supporting your team.
-Competitive salary of £70,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
-Lead fire safety plans, work closely with clients, and make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Give technical advice, check and approve work, and explain fire safety solutions to clients and teams.
-Mentor and supervise junior fire engineers, ensuring quality, consistency, and professional development.
- Work with a variety of teams, across architecture, building services, and construction, to ensure fire safety is being integrated effectively.
-Support business development by preparing quotes and building constructive relationships with clients.
What We Are Looking For:
-A degree in Engineering or Fire qualification.
-Prior experience of fire engineering alongside proven experience within project or team management.
-Strong technical understanding of fire safety engineering, including fire behaviour, radiation, evacuation modelling, smoke ventilation, and the relevant standards such as CIBSE Guide E, BS?7974, SFPE Handbook.
-Previous experience in industry tools and software, (MS Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM), whilst also understanding project and financial controls.
