BIM MANAGER

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join one of clients, a well-established contractor within building services. The role on offer is a long-term contract role, you will be required to work 5 days a week on site in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting commercial fit out projects, with a motivating and highly experienced team. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and related project documents. -Support Tier 2 contractors in meeting digital delivery standards. -Ensure all projects comply with ISO 19650. -Lead BIM coordination meetings with design teams and contractors. -Work closely with project teams to manage models and data efficiently. Our client offer flexible working with a minimum expectation of 3 days spent working in-office per week. This role offers the opportunity to work on large scale residential projects with an experienced and motivated team. We're hiring a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading BIM consultancy on a permanent, hybrid basis (4 days a week in their Croydon office). This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting variety of stage 5 construction projects, across a range of sectors. Responsibilities: -Integrate accurate MEP services into the BIM model. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings per project and industry standards. -Perform clash detection and resolve MEP issues in Revit. -Complete and communicate project documentation on time. -Assist in preparing technical documents like specs, schedules, and reports.
