Revit MEP Coordinator Westerham (Hybrid Considered) Contract – 6 Months 37.5 Hours per Week Outside IR35 Overview An immediate requirement has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a Building Services consultancy on a contract basis in Westerham. This role will suit a confident and capable BIM professional who is comfortable taking ownership of MEP coordination across multiple residential projects. You will be the sole BIM specialist within the office, so the ability to lead coordination activities independently is essential. The Role · Lead MEP coordination across several live residential projects · Develop and manage coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit MEP · Liaise closely with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineers to ensure accurate integration of services · Identify and resolve clashes efficiently through proactive coordination · Maintain BIM standards and ensure models meet project and client requirements · Support project teams with drawing production and model-based outputs · Attend coordination meetings where required This is primarily an office-based role due to project demands, though some hybrid flexibility may be considered. This role is ideally suited to a technically strong and commercially aware Electrical professional who is ready to step into a senior leadership position with responsibility for team management and project delivery oversight. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a team of seven engineers, including Senior Engineers, an Intermediate Engineer and Apprentices. You will play a key leadership role, ensuring high technical standards, effective resource management and successful project outcomes across a varied portfolio of Building Services projects. This position offers hybrid working and the opportunity to influence both team development and operational performance.
